Breakfast Update

Still needed:
Baked Goods
Blueberries

Parents and kids to work between 7:00 and 9:00. If you could work for thirty minute blocks during these hours that would be great! We will need people to clean tables, take money, and assist at the baked goods table.

Also one or two more parent/child or families needed to clean up starting around 9:00.

Don't forget to spread the word about the breakfast. We also need customers!

Pre K Conferences

Pre K parents are encouraged to come in for conferences.  We don't use the goal setting form that K-8 does, but it is a great chance to talk about hopes and dreams, questions, etc. now that we've been in session for a bit.  Please call the office at 326-8500 to set up a time.  Thanks!

I'm playing with Picasa (web based albums) in an attempt to do slide shows on the blog.  Not quite there yet, but you can enjoy my attempts in the previous post (just not in a slide show yet...).

Holbrook Island Sanctuary Hike #1

On the trail!

A is for Alyssa hiking.

B is for Breton at the head of the Bakeman Farm Trail.

Maranda is at a trail Marker.

A Kindergarten Day

An older student brought us a mystery caterpillar this morning. We had no idea what kind of caterpillar it was or what it ate! After researching online and in the library, we learned that we had a Black Swallowtail. This type of  caterpillar eats carrot greens and parsley. Here we are researching and observing.
